Appearance: Clear wine with a subtle golden-yellow hue and intense reflections, complemented by a lovely stream of fine bubbles.
Nose: Powerful, opening with notes of undergrowth (ferns, moss) and herbal tea, evolving into honey paired with ripe fruits and fresh minty notes.
Palate: Well-structured, supple on the attack with notes of apples, pears, and redcurrants. A slightly minty and "aniseed" character provides a good length.
