Terms and Conditions of Use and Service (“Terms & Conditions”) govern your access to and use of the Mission Liquor website (missionliquor.com) and associated webpages, the Mission Liquor mobile site, Mission Liquor stores operating under the Mission Wine & Spirits trade name (the “Stores”), and any related services or programs offered by Mission Liquor (collectively, the “Sites”). The Sites are operated by Mission Liquor, Inc. for the benefit and use of certain affiliated entities that operate under the Mission Wine & Spirits brand in various locations (hereafter, "Mission Liquor"). The Stores are independently owned and operated by affiliated businesses that are licensed to sell alcohol and related products to consumers in compliance with local and state regulations. By accessing or using the Sites, you acknowledge and agree that your use is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to deny access to the Site or our Stores to anyone who violates or does not consent to these Terms & Conditions or who, in our sole judgment, interferes with the ability of others to enjoy our Sites or Stores or infringes the rights of others.

 

Age Restriction:

By accessing or using the Sites, you affirm that you are at least 21 years old, the legal drinking age in the United States. Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased by and delivered to individuals aged 21 or older. Upon delivery, a valid government-issued photo ID verifying age will be required. The Age-Restricted Products are solely for legal, personal use and not for resale. Nothing in the Sites shall be construed as condoning or promoting the use of any controlled or illegal substance. 

 

Product Availability & Pricing:

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We strive to ensure accurate pricing and product information. In the event of an error in pricing or product details, including typographic and photographic errors, we reserve the right to correct such errors and, if necessary, refuse or cancel orders affected by them. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Our commitment is to provide you with the best online experience possible. It is our policy to never disclose any of your personal information at any time. We refuse to sell, rent, or share any customer information to third parties.

When you visit the missionliquor.com site, we collect basic information that does not identify individual users. Our site uses cookies to improve navigation, analyze traffic, and keep track of products. These cookies do not contain any confidential or personal information.

 

Personal Information:

Mission Liquor uses the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to fulfill that order. We use your information to notify you if there are any issues with your order, to provide you with your order status, to charge you for your order, and to ship your order. When you register as a member of Mission Liquor or opt-in to receive email offers, we collect information that helps identify you and streamline the ordering process to help serve you better.

 

Credit Card Transactions & Security:

Credit Card payments made through the missionliquor.com site are completed using an encrypted and secure connection via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for maximum security. Credit Card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution that uses the credit card number and billing information to verify the credit card number and process the transaction.

Returns & Exchanges: 

We do not accept returns. Exceptions may apply for products that are defective, spoiled, or otherwise unfit for consumption. Please contact us if you have any questions or need further clarification.

 

Legal:

Mission Liquor will arrange shipping on behalf of the buyer to an address furnished by the buyer that will not subject the seller to any sort of illegal actions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Item photos may not reflect the actual bottle being shipped. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

 

Title and ownership of all alcoholic beverages purchased from Mission Liquor are transferred to the buyer at the time of purchase, in-store or online, in accordance with state law. The buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with local and state laws regarding the transportation and delivery of alcoholic beverages. 
By placing an order online, you authorize Mission Liquor to engage a common carrier to deliver your order, but Mission Liquor is not responsible for the actions of the carrier, including delays, loss, or damage. It is the receiver’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to provide a valid ID at the time of delivery. 
(A) Title and Taxes. We are a licensed retailer of alcoholic beverages in California. Except for orders going to permit states described below, title to and ownership of alcoholic beverages passes from us to you in California, and wines are delivered to you in California. California sales tax will be applied to these transactions, and wine will be stored on your behalf at our facility prior to pickup or fulfillment as further described in subsection (B) below. For orders going to states in which we are licensed, have a direct-to-consumer shipping permit, or where shipments are otherwise authorized (CA, FL, OR), title to and ownership of products passes from us to you in accordance with applicable requirements, and sales and other applicable taxes may be applied based on the requirements of the destination state.

(B) Fulfillment. You may pick up products at our location during our regular business hours, or you may make independent delivery arrangements. Additionally, you may also elect to have your wine order fulfilled through a third-party shipper, and you agree to allow us to provide information regarding your designated shipping destination to the third-party for fulfillment. We will provide storage of your wines pending transfer to the third-party for fulfillment. Our storage fees are $5.00 per 30-day period, and the first month’s fees are included in your purchase price.
