Same Day Delivery

Which stores offer same day delivery?

We currently only offer same day delivery from our Pasadena location. Same day delivery will be available at other locations in the near future.

How do I place a same day delivery order?

Once you have added all desired items to your cart, you may select "Same Day Delivery" under "Ship" at checkout.

 

Is there a delivery fee for same day delivery orders?

Yes, there is a flat rate of $9.99 for all same day delivery orders.

 

Why isn’t same day delivery available for my order?

Same day delivery is only available within a 5-mile radius of one of our locations.

If the same day delivery option doesn't appear at checkout, it means that at least one item isn't available at the delivery location.

How does delivery work?

Once you place your delivery order, you will receive an email confirmation as well as a text message from a third-party delivery service with a link to track the progress and delivery of your order. 

We will immediately begin preparing your order.  

Once our staff prepares your order, a delivery driver from a third-party delivery service will pick up your order from our store and deliver it to your address. 

 

Who will delivery my order?

Once our staff prepares your order, a delivery driver from a third-party delivery service (like UberEats or Doordash) will pick up your order from our store and deliver it to your address. 

 

How long will the delivery take?

Your order will be delivered within 2 hours of it being placed.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a text message with a link to track the progress and delivery of your order.

 

Can I add items to my order after I have submitted?

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to your order after it has been submitted. 

 

Can I cancel my delivery order?

Same day delivery orders may be canceled before a delivery driver is dispatched to the store for pickup. Once a driver has been dispatched and the order has been picked up, it cannot be canceled, and refunds will only be issued in accordance with our return policy. 

If you need to cancel your order, please call the delivery store as soon as possible.

Please use the link text messaged to you from the third-party delivery service to track the status of your order.

If orders are returned to Mission Liquor, the delivery fee will not be refunded, and you must place a new order for products to be delivered.
