Which stores offer in-store pickup?
We currently offer in-store and curbside pickup at our Pasadena, Glendale, Sherman Oaks, and Woodland Hills locations.
How do I place an in-store pickup order?
Once you have added all desired items to your cart, you may select a pickup option at checkout.
Why isn’t in-store pickup available for my order?
If all the items you’re purchasing are available at your preferred pickup location, you’ll be able to select "pickup" at checkout. However, if the pickup option doesn’t appear, it means that at least one item isn’t available at that location.
In that case, you can still choose to have your items shipped to your desired pickup store. Simply select "ship" at checkout, and then choose your preferred store under the "shipping methods" section. This option will take approximately 3-5 business days for items to ship between locations.
If you are looking for availability of a particular item or placing a large order please contact your desired pickup location.
How does in-store pickup work?
In-store pickup orders are usually ready within two hours during regular business hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email stating that your order is ready for pickup. You are welcome to come into the store or call ahead for curbside to pick up your order.
What do I need to bring for my pickup order?
Please have your order number and your valid ID for age verification ready at pickup.
Can someone else pick up my order?
If you are having someone else pick up the order, please leave their name in the order notes prior to placing your order or call the store. They will need a valid ID for age verification. We will not release the order unless a name is provided.
Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes! Just call the store once you arrive with your order number and an associate will bring out your order. Please have your valid ID for age verification.
Can I add items to my order after I have submitted?
Unfortunately, we cannot add items to your order after it has been submitted. Instead, please either place another pickup order or purchase the additional items upon arrival.
Can I cancel my pickup order?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. If you need to change your order, you can call the store to remove items or cancel the order. Orders ready for pickup or being held to ship that are over 30 days old will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
