Looking for that perfect summer rosé for the pool this summer? We did the work for you, the 2025 Isle Saint Pierre Méditerranée Rosé is a delicious, versatile French rosé that won’t break the bank. Crafted by fourth-generation vigneron Julien Henry on a small island in the Rhône River Delta and consisting of a blend dominated by Cabernet Franc and Merlot, alongside Syrah, Malbec, Vermentino, and Colombard.
Location is what makes this wine so fresh and delicious. These grapes were actually grown on an island in the Rhone River located less than 10 miles from the Mediterranean Sea. The extremely sandy, alluvial soil of the island lends vibrant aromatics, bright fruit, and a complex minerality with a mild salinity. The nose opens with a bouquet of spring flowers, lime zest, and green apple, followed by subtle undertones of wild strawberries, raspberries, with slight herbaceous notes. On the Palate, melon, strawberry and juicy naval orange lay on a base of subtle sweetness with a streamline acidity running throughout. Extremely versatile with any food pairing and at a price point that is incredibly friendly, we may have just found that perfect rosé for your summer fun.
