This Tequila Blanco is crafted with an uncompromising commitment to quality, surpassing traditional expectations at every stage of production. Whole Blue Weber Agave piñas are roasted slowly to develop superior flavors, with the rich juice extracted from the pulp using a traditional Tahona stone wheel.
The fermentation process is deliberately slower, utilizing extremely low temperatures and wine yeasts in American white oak and Mexican pine-lined fermentation tanks—a technique rarely employed in tequila production. To complete the process, the tequila is aged in used French oak wine barrels, imparting a unique complexity and character that sets this Blanco apart.
This Tequila Blanco offers a fruity and rich profile, with enticing notes of butterscotch, honey-roasted agave, orange peel, guava, and peach, complemented by a subtle mineral undertone. Soft and pleasant on the palate, it delivers a clean, lingering finish that remains remarkably smooth, even at 46% ABV.
