Teeling single pot still is made in the traditional Irish manner by triple distilling the liquid before aging it. I've found that this process tends to make the finish short, and take away much of the character of whiskey, as scotch has more body to its profiles in almost every way. Even though there's a heavy malted barely component, you lose all the malty flavors in this by distilling it 3 times. It's a wholly sippable whiskey that won't offend anyone, as there's just not much flavor left to work with after all that processing. It's fine, but it's also not something I'd seek out to keep drinking regularly. A great starter whiskey, if you want to have something that no one would take offense to.
